Ruthie's First Party

Ruthie had a blast going to her friend Gracie's 3rd birthday party. The 6 little 2 and 3 year old girls all dressed as princesses. That is one brave mom! The only hard part for Ruthie was giving the gift away. She'll figure it out eventually!

Snow Days

So, I'm about done with this white stuff. We've had plenty of it as you can see in the pictures. The picture of Ryan is actually at our neighbor's. Ruthie absolutely loves snow! I get to bundle up myself and the baby so she can play. I guess you can tell she was born here. She loves her hat Papa Tutt made her for Christmas. Tate's warm outfit is from Nana Bevan. Thanks! Ryan has been hitting the slopes as often as he can. I hope to be posting pictures of me enjoying the mountain powder soon! I need to try out all of my new gear.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas to our friends and family everywhere! We wish we could be with you all for the holidays! Ryan is looking forward to a couple of great ski days for his birthday weekend and also wathing the BYU bowl game. Ruthie is practicing the fight song with him on a regular basis! Tate is a sweet boy and we can't get enough of him! Just thought we'd post a few of the pictures our friend Catherine took for us.

Baby Tate has Arrived ! ! !

November 27th at 3:27 pm John Tate Bevan arrived. He has thick brown hair and big hands and feet. He weighed .3 oz more than Ruthie, a whopping 6lbs 15.6oz (we'll call it 7lbs even) and 20 inches long. Ruthie is a very helpful big sister, she says he's a "tute (cute) baby" and his "hair's a mess" and that she'll "fix it wit mousse". She also keeps introducing herself to Baby Tate saying, "I'm Ruthie" and pointing to herself. We love our new addition! Thanks, to both Grandma helpers that have come up from AZ.

"Fairy Prince--"

Ruthie loved her Halloween costume this year! She insisted she was a "fairy prince." Apparently the last syllable of princess is just a little much for her! She did get to wear the costume for a ward party, a neighborhood party, and trick-or-treating at Ryan's work all before Halloween night! She obviously made out pretty well for a 2 year old. Mom and dad will help with that!

Bedhead

This is our princess in the morning. She gets the most amazing bedhead with her curly hair! But the extreme hair makeover is quick and beautiful!
