T is Three!

Since baby was due so close to Tate's 3rd birthday, we did not make any big party plans. It was celebrated 3 times over a week! On his actual birthday he opened presents and had birthday lunch at Cafe Rio. Then we watched the big (bummer) football game.

Dinner and cupcakes that night with the Fraziers.
Last Sunday we had a dinner and cupcakes with Aunt Amy, Aunt Liz and Uncle Jordan.
And last week a little Joy School treat. ( I love Mason singing Happy Birthday to YOU!)
We spent a day and a half up at the cabin last week too.
The snow had piled several feet high already!
Unfortunately, it didn't stay in the mountains. We have had 3 storms in just over a week with at least a foot of snow each! Here is the view of our deck this morning. Come on, it is not even December!

Getting ready for Baby

Some of my fabulous girlfriends in the neighborhood took me out for a girls night to celebrate baby #3. Thank you all for the fun night and the diaper stash!

I had Ruthie take a picture to document the belly!

38 weeks

I must post my one sewing project for the year :)
Getting closer! We are so excited to meet this little guy!

The Other October Happenings

Almost a month ago my sister Krissi and her little girl came and stayed for a few days on their way to Idaho. It was so fun to just hang out with our kids together for a little while!
She is due with another girl in January, so here are our prego bellies. I love that we are having babies together!

The cousins had fun, even if it was just crusin' CostCo.

The best picture of all 3 of them. :)

Amy and Jordan came over for dinner one night too!

This little collage is from my friend's blog. I had to show off our incredible Witches Night Out at Gardener Village. It was full of interesting characters and good times! I am so glad I finally got to go!

Halloween 2010

Our Halloween was celebrated all week long! Monday we hosted the annual playgroup Black and Orange Party. We had about 30 kids and moms!

Thursday Tate dressed up for his Joy School party. Ruthie's preschool party was at the same time!
Friday was our favorite, the annual trick-or-treat and lunch at dad's work.

Saturday the kids painted their own pumpkins.

Then dressed up to go to the neighborhood dinner before trick-or-treating.

The little friends deep in discussion.
My cute and "nice" witch!

My handsome baseball player, and the little brother just had to be the ball!
He loves his brother already!

Had to get some real practice in before getting candy

The Real Reason

We went to Arizona to visit family, and Ryan does have vacation time he needs to use, but let's be honest, Ryan also wanted to watch his brother Steven play football again this season. Steven is the quarterback for Mesquite HS. He's been awesome this season and Ryan is one of his biggest fans! :)
Here he is #6 with the ball
Ryan's mom made all 5 of the grand kids shirts for the games.
Gotta see what's going down on the field!

After the WIN the kids ran around on the field
and had ice fights

and threw the ball around
so did Nana
and the big boys
Steve's other biggest fans!
They love Aunt Aly too

Tate had fun helping Nana Tutt water the new grass
Ruthie must really love her Aunt Laurie because she shared the press-on nails she got for her birthday with her! They were so cute and could barely function with them on!
