Aspen Grove with Lizzie

We spent 1/2 a day at Aspen Grove family camp with my sister Lizzie while she worked there this summer. My family went when I was 17 and loved it! It made me want to start saving now so we can have a reunion there in a few years!
It was so beautiful and there was plenty to do.
Swimming

My brave girl rock climbing

Playing on the 'pirate ship' with Liz
Frontier Village
Train rides
My cowboy and his little miss
Indian tales in the Tee pee
And water pump races
We had a blast! Thanks Aunt Lizzie!

Summer Playgroup

I decided to post our top 3 FAVORITE playgroup outings of the summer.

#3. Herriman Beach. Did you even know Herriman had a beach? Well they do, and the kids loved it!

#2. Riding the new TRAX line downtown to play in the splash pad at Gateway.
TRAX was an adventure with 5 strollers, whew!

#1. The Airport Fire Station with Reagan's Grandpa!

The kids loved spraying the double decker hoses!

Look close and you can see an airplane ready to take off.

We are so lucky to have fun kids to play with! Thanks to Melinda for planning a fun packed summer for us!

Fun Fourth

We celebrated the Fourth of July weekend with my SIL Aly staying with us. I would keep her around forever if I could! We had a big breakfast with friends, a big lunch with family, and a big dinner with more friends! All of the eating was followed by sparklers and fireworks. It was perfect!
The flag fruit pizza tasted as good as it looked!

The kids are always happy with fire in hand.
I could eat up that cute face!
It was all too much fun for T-man to handle!
God Bless America!
