Fun Fourth

We celebrated the Fourth of July weekend with my SIL Aly staying with us. I would keep her around forever if I could! We had a big breakfast with friends, a big lunch with family, and a big dinner with more friends! All of the eating was followed by sparklers and fireworks. It was perfect!
The flag fruit pizza tasted as good as it looked!

The kids are always happy with fire in hand.
I could eat up that cute face!
It was all too much fun for T-man to handle!
God Bless America!

June in Arizona

We spent 3 weeks of June in Arizona. Ryan was happy to not have to worry about flying back and forth while we were there. The only bummer was we played while he worked. Krissi happened to be there the first week we were. It worked out perfectly for us!
Laurie with the kids.
Babies Luke and Ivy met for the first time
Nana loved having a few of the grand kids around.

Since it is so darn hot in the summer there, we spent a LOT of time in pools, sprinklers and splash pads with cousins and friends!

I was so glad we got to go to my mom's family reunion! I just don't get to see my cousins often enough! Ryan took the kids rowing around the pond.
Tate loved the swing!

It was not possible for this kid to stay out of the water!
We went to a couple of fun museums too. The Arizona Science Center was fun and free with Krissi's museum pass.
Aren't our children beautiful!
Tate was the brave one to lay on a bed of screwdrivers.

We also paid a visit to the Museum for Youth. They had a special Peanuts themed display that the kids liked.

This picture just turned out cute with Nana!
Luke didn't mind Dodge after the first few days.

I loved seeing several of my girlfriends that were around! I wish we could get together more! I think we had 17 or 18 of our kids there, and that's only because a few didn't come!
You'd think 3 weeks would be plenty of time to see everyone as much as we wanted too. Nope. I just can't get enough of these wonderful people! Luckily, we love our friends and family in Utah too and it was great to be home and see them!
